Yes it is! Must have with french fries or pan-fried potatoes!

I have food happy too tonight! ... I was so happy tonight when I made fried chicken with regular flour! I still shudder when I think about the soy flour coating I used to try to use on my chicken on LC (no offense to anyone who uses/likes it). I'm just so happy everytime I get to use regular flour.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I so agree! So much that we gave up is back on the menu. (Although I do miss Mayo on a DD, lol)

BUT, only for those few hours. Previously I had given up so many of my favorite foods, and I was facing having to never, ever have them again. No wonder folks cheat!

Now there is no need to cheat. I only wait a few hours and the world is my oyster again. And my cake and my baked potato and my Asian foods with real rice and my bowl of corn flakes with real whole milk and sugar and.....
