So today is the last day of induction............

Are there any pitfalls I should look out for? Did most people stick to their low numers on DDs? I have been sticking to around 350cal. Is that too low? I'd love some input from the veterans please!

I didn't change anything from induction. There's no such thing as too low on DDs. The ideal would be a complete 0 calorie fast, but most of us can't do it. That's why Dr. Johnson allows up to 500. I'd say if you're losing and you're comfortable with your numbers, there's no reason to change them. If you need more on DDs, then you can experiment and see how you do.

Good luck!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
