My 2 weeks on Juddd totals.....

Well the day has come to find out how well I have done on JUDDD.
Last week 4.5 and this week drum roll....5lbs making it a total of 9.5lbs in 2 weeks. Do you know that when I restarted lowcarb on September 11 until I started JUDDD I never reached this total and to do this in 2 weeks eating the foods I love makes me want to tear up I am still in shock on how this is working for me and I can't wrap my thinking around how it is really working. I keep thinking that if I eat something wrong(being more carby) I am gonna gain it all back. I have got to retrain my thinking and enjoy this ride. Again thanks everyone for holding my hand all through my 2 weeks to help me do this because surely I could not do it on my own.

Wonderful, KJ! Such a great loss! Yep, you've got that ol' JUDDD magic! I know what you mean by wanting to tear up sometimes - I've also felt that intense gratitude for JUDDD, for the folks here, for how I have food freedom, and hope for the future always in something as simple as JUDDD.

KUTGW!

That's phenomenal! You're such an inspiration, and have really managed to figure out how to make this plan work for you! Once you get over your carb fears, imagine how much more freeing this can be. I'm so happy for you.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

Isn't this just the most fun you can imagine, while on a "DIET"

Be sure to post this in the JUDDD WhooHoos, (and maybe in the Main Lobby WhooHoos too).

This is absolutely amazing KJ!!!! So excited for you. Hoping to see some JUDDD magic head my way too. I feel stuck. 2 weeks in, and I've still only lost the initial 2 pounds (just keep bouncing up and down between 130 and 131).

Sticking with it though. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks everyone it is just amazing what has happen in such a short time. I look for it to taper off but that leaves me with 7 pounds to go for my first weightloss goal. The lowest I have been is 170 but that is way to small for me so I will see what 180 is like and see if I will be able to get in my other clothes and go from there. My dh already said he likes me the way I am but I have to like me the way I am.
