Tomorrow will be the end of my 2 weeks on Juddd and I will be weighing for my final results. When I first started I said I would stay with it if I lost 2 pounds over the 2 weeks but then during the first week I lost 4.5. I was never really hungry except for today it just seemed that I wanted more food and its not that my stomach was growling I just wanted to eat. I am still kinda in the atkins scare mode as to eating carbs like I am and still losing weight. Its almost to good to be true that this could happen after several years of doing lc. I can say I have enjoyed the variety of food I have been able to eat but have not ventured into the sweet arena or wine and alcohol so I am going to test the waters soon. Thanks everyone for all your help and always being there with a solution to any situation it is a great help. Well see ya tomorrow with those final number. FYI: I was able to get in a pair of jeans that I bought last year and wore 1 time before they were to tight and today they not only fit but were slightly loose.

If anybody needs any inspiration to stick with it, this is the post to read!

Great job! Looks like you didn't jump on the carb wagon like so many of us do when we start on JUDDD, and have a real nice early-on weight loss as a result.

Continued success. I look forward to your weight loss post tomorrow morning. Keeping fingers crossed that you've lost even more.
Best wishes, Pat

You look beautiful in your avatar picture! Congrats on all your success. Sounds like you will do very well with your new woe.

WOE: one toe into starting JUDD
Start Date: 1/18/2012
You're doing so well, KJ. Good for you!

My end of induction is Tuesday and I will measure again around then. I started off not doing low carb (I had been away from LCing for a little while before starting JUDDD-maybe 2 weeks, while I was figuring out which way to go w/ my WOE). Going to stick with measuring for now, but weighing may be in my near future.
I am what I am and I am nothing more (Popeye) And I expect there to be much less of me soon!
