Love that!

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.

Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

Yep, I understand....my hubby really has to work to get all his UD calories...at least 2,900.

When everything feels like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top....

Goal Weight achieved 02/25/2012 on JUDDD- and still losing!

The big guys can really burn through a lot of calories, that's for sure! I guess it's easier for me to understand it when I remember that some men at goal would still be twice the weight of some women at goal. And having all the muscling of men besides.

It'll be fun for you both to be on JUDDD together, and it'll make it a lot easier to do. Have fun!
Best wishes, Pat

Oh gosh, I am green with envy!!!!! I SO want DH to come to the dark side.

Giggle, of course, you may be green with envy ... or just green ... watching what he can eat and lose.
- Nancy
GOAL 10/3/12
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
