I guess I need to complain more, lol

Yesterday I posted in my 1 month update that I hadn't lost anything in two weeks, boo hoo. Woke up today to a new low, a 1 1/2 lb loss, after an UD! Yipeee! So I guess I need to complain more to get those pounds a moving!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Nice little whoosh! It's always fun to hear when someone's weight loss made it's appearance on the scale.

I think we can be losing, losing, losing a few grams and ounces as the days go by, but as the lost fat is temporarily replaced with water, we can't see that we've lost anything, and then the water weight gets jettisoned, and the scale finally can tell us what was lost. Fun!
