1 month on JUDDD

Well, 4 weeks ago today I made a commitment to try JUDDD for a month. It's gone pretty quickly, and fairly easily. I've lost 8 lbs, so that's pretty good. I'm a little worried though - 5 lbs in the first week, 3 the 2nd, and I've maintanied the last 2 weeks. Calories are 500 DD/ 1800 UD. If I can lose 8 lbs a month that would be awesome - so hopefully the scale will get MOVING! I'm commiting to 1 more month. Praying for another 8 lbs!!!

Great going! I think it is normal in any diet for weight loss to ebb and flow, so give your body time to catch up with itself.

That is a great loss! I think our bodies sometimes need to set a bit in the weight loss journey. You could always try to shake things up a bit, but increasing your water or activity for a few days. Keep on trucking!

Great job!

Are you measuring? Because sometimes what looks like a stall really isn't. Your body is just busy adjusting to its new weight, shifting things around. A true stall is no weight or inches lost for 3 weeks (I think that's the time limit).

I frequently have to 'settle in' to a new low before I can go lower again.

Stats: I weigh what I weigh and so be it! :)
WOE: Eating healthy and portion control
And don't forget: Weight loss slows or even stops for a bit because our bodies need to "catch up" to the weight loss.

Then it starts again, so have faith and keep on plan!!

Yup.. I agree with Beeb! ^ ^ ^ Weight loss just isn't straight and true linear meltdown. But even if you aren't always seeing great weight loss shown on the dial of a scale, good stuff is happening within you!
