DD, I'm feeling good and in control. I found some flavoring drops with no calories as I want to cut down on using the sugar free creamer on DDs. Eventually, I'd like to move on from it all together, but at least it saves me on DD calories.

Breakfast--coffee with almond milk, Fage 0% both with flavor drops

Lunch--netrition shake with almond milk 1/3c

Dinner--chicken broth 1cup with 2 tbl egg, white netrition shake with 1/3c almond milk

lots and lots of lemon water
about 350cal

UD
I've decided that when nothing is going on, to just go along as I always have on LC.

Interestingly, the appetite suppressant seems to be on UD instead of DDs, which would work better for me...

b-half high test and half decaf coffee w/Splenda and half & half; frittata made with 2 jumbo eggs, butter, parm, sauteed cabbage (surprisingly good), Italian seasoning, topped with fresh mozz and under the broiler

l-2 chix thighs marinated in Ken's lite dressing for a couple days, then roasted and then broiled to crisp the skin. Have been having this for 5 years every day and don't really tire of it...

d-no idea-some sort of protein, butter, and probably roasted fennel

WWC I have some different flavoring drops, too. I don't use them much because one drop too many makes things taste awful lol. Oh and cotton candy flavor doesn't taste like cotton candy That's one food (is it even a food?) that I love but won't eat because it's nothing but spun sugar lol.

It's interesting, Dottie, because they don't really give them the taste of the drops but the essence of them. Does that make sense? I used the french toast ones in my Fage and the first couple of bites had the smell and maybe a bit of taste of French toast, but by the end I really couldn't taste it. It's fine though. I feel like the SF creamer is empty calories. On my DDs, I'd rather keep them closer to 350.

Went to Ryans with the family last night & ate too much. I had 1600 calories left for dinner and I suspect I went over that before I got the apple cobbler.

Will be fasting today with black coffee & iced tea
