Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

This is so useful to any women, who, like me has an ED, and the resulting distorted body image.
We are so used to seeing the perfect airbrushed ideals, it is very refreshing to see normal, attractive women, imperfections and all.
The My Body Stories section is a fascinating insight into how other woman think, too.
I hope to post my own image soon.

Looking at those photos makes me realize that I really don't "carry my weight" very well. I hate being an apple!!
