Yikes I'm knew at this. Posted this am n wrong slot. Sorry

I posted I think in low carb, only I guess.
I may learn how to post, may not.
Any who. Just wanted to brag to myself that I made it til almost 1pm before I ate today.
Surprised me to pieces. Caz that doesn't happen.
Had some bouillon broth. Next short time goal now is to wait until dinner this evening to actully have food.
Shorter goal is 3pm, for some sugar free jello, to drink warm.
Wow blabber mouth, really low calorie makes me chatty.
I may have to start a joural.... not to bore anyone....woops probably to late!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

At the end of the day, 600 ish calories, only 44 protein

I m use to making 75-100 protein.
Hoping tmw, UD I do as good on it as I did on calories.
It's been a good day.
Read some from Sohappy on yesterday's postings.

It sounds like you are off to a very good start. I usually make sure I have extra protein on my UDs to make up for any I might be skimping on from doing a DD.

Enjoy your UD tomorrow. Glad you're doing so well already.
