Does JUDD Mess With Your TOM

Just wondering I am normally regular like clockwork 5 days and then done. But this time I have TOM and it is still going on after 6 days. Do you think the weight loss and change in eating has caused it?

Possibly. Estrogen is stored in your fat cells, so if you are losing fat, there could be more circulating. This might cause the lining to build up more, thus resulting in more needing to be shed.

Just off the top of my head and not scientific or anything.

I've been having the same thing happen to me every month that I've been on JUDDD, though I'm not sure of the reason either. Before JUDDD, I was previously just 5 days, but after starting JUDDD, it was sort of extended to 6-7 days, though my last few days either way are too light to bother me thankfully.

Also, my cycle used to be exactly every 28 days to the day while doing vlc, but now it's sort of random...27 days, then 30 days, then 29 days.

I have an IUD (past due to be removed) and don't have a cycle at all for the last 7 years. I've been on JUDDD for 6 weeks and had no issues last month. I don't even know when my cycle would be if I had one, it's been so long. However, the last three days, despite being religous about my calories, I haven't lost anything. Then yesterday and today I've had very minor cramping. I'm thinking a combination of JUDDD and outdated birth control could be affecting/causing a return of said cycle. Haha, guess it's about time to make that dr. appt.

i'm on a pill that stops my period completley which i love, but every pill i've every been on including this new one i spot crazy like when i'm losing weight really steady...it's weird spotting like only when i'm in a deep losing pattern...even on VLC and LC i did this...i kinda use it as a gauge i guess now to know that i'm in a weight loss mode....

Didn't notice anything different for me! Still getting pains - lasting as long as usual. Pattern was getting quite random before I started JUDDD (I'm 43!) But I didn't gain any weight??!!

I think this is at least one reason for it. Someone else posted something similar on the ML when asked about LC and TOM.

Looks like tom is over. So it lasted 6 1/2 days instead of the normal 5. I was concerned because the flow was just as heavy on day 4 as it is on days 2 and 3 and this is not normal for me.
