Advice - screwed up DD

I know there are threads on this, but, since I've just started this and was within my induction period, I'm going to ask.

I really screwed up my DD yesterday and ate almost as much as I should have on an UD. Amazingly, the scale is down another 1/2 pound today though.

I really do not want to use today as a DD because I have a plan to go out to dinner Friday night, so I would love to keep my same schedule as this being an UD. Should I just scale back on the calories today and make this a MD or just forge ahead like nothing happened and lesson learned, kind of starting over? I just started last Thursday, so yesterday was only my second DD, but all last week (Saturday through Wednesday) until Thursday, my first UD, were kind of DDs for me because I was doing only Wonderslim shakes.

What do you advise?

I would consider just carrying on as normal.

You could make it a MD - but I think that with tomorrow being a DD - you may start to feel deprived.

If you have only just started - you could just reimagine that today is day 1 and it's an UD!!

I think Vicky gave you good advice. Since you're just starting, give yourself an *Oh.. Well..* pass for blowing it yesterday and just get on with it. You realize that without the DDs, the weight loss doesn't happen very well, so you know you won't have this problem often. JUDDD is very forgiving of our sins. It slows us down, but it doesn't take a week to overcome the indiscretion either, so have a good UD today, and then you'll be well fueled to have a successful DD tomorrow.
