only 2 lbs loss in week 2..WTH!!!!

I have followed it so well!!! My body is so resistant to weightloss..I hate this! I will continue continue continue..
I'm taking in about 650 calories a day. Is that too much? I'm suppose to take 500 calories of protein. Finding that small apples have 17 CARBS! no more apples! Going to strawberries. Can I get sugarless chocolate syrup? Missing chocolate flavor..any ideas?

The Walden Farms chocolate syrup is pretty good, but I don't like their chocolate. And the Torani sugar-free chocolate syrup is wonderful! I also use cocoa powder and sweetener in heated almond milk -- yummy.

I don't eat a lot of fruit. At first, I had it every other day or every couple days. Now I go weeks without it.

I saw your other post about the alcohol. I would avoid it right now b/c it may be slowing you down much more than you think. I have had a few drinks, but it was probably week 10-12 before I had the first one, and it's been like once every 2-4 weeks.

You WILL lose weight on this program -- 2 pounds is still great, and you will have weeks that are more and weeks that are less. Don't get discouraged and veer off course!

same for me 2lbs, but thats 2 less than last week... I am typically a slow to lose too so dont feel alone

2 pounds per week is actually a really healthy amount. It's better for your skin elasticity and more sustainable over time! Every pound down is a victory

Month 1: -19.8 pounds
Month 2: -12 pounds
Month 3: -16.2 pounds
Month 4: -12.6 pounds

Goal 1: 299 (get that 3 off the scale!)- Done!
Goal 2: 273.4 (50 pounds!)- DONE!!
Goal 3: 240 (Pre-baby-#1 weight)

Thank you everyone for all your words..I love this site! I feel like I'm not alone I was wondering what your calorie intake is now..I'm at about 600-650..should I cut back a little?

Starting with week one I was told to eat between 500 and 750 calories in protein.....I'm usually over 650 a day.

Hershey's makes Special Dark 100% Cacao (their spelling) powder.
One TBL has only 1 net carb and 10 calories.
I always put MWL's ready to drink Chocolate drink in a shaker bottle and add 1 TBL of the Hershey's powder in it.
I love dark chocolate and the result is a rich chocolate drink.

If you're drinking any alcohol at all, remember it becomes carbs in your system and the depressant effect of the alcohol will only slow down your wt. loss.
