Good Morning,

Just completed 2 of each and am down 2lbs. I can say that yesterday on my dd I was full all day my test of Juddd will be tonight when I go out to eat b/c so far I have controlled everything by knowing the calories but this local mexican eaterey does not have a website to look at callories so I am saving 1300 of my ud calories for tonight. Well off to work and I will check in later.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

And remember if you are up some on the scale later, it's due to the water gain, and will come off again soon! You may even lose after eating there, but I just wanted to put that reminder there in case!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Lookin' good! You're working it for sure! Good idea to save a whole bunch of calories for the evening menu of Mexican food. That's a good plan, and is being pro-active and protective of your diet and weight loss so far! Have fun this evening!

That is wonderful KJ! Sounds like a good plan on the eating out tonight. But don't be surprised still if the scale bounces in the am. Mexican is pretty salty.

I will most likely eat only half my meal it really not taking much to get full. If I am up tomorrow I won't know I only weigh after a dd. Thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions.
