A slice of low-cal toast w/a laughing cow cheese wedge spread on it.
2oz tilapia and 2 celery stalks simmered in chicken broth for a soup. A hard boiled egg over fresh spinach salad (I think 3 cups of spinach is like 15 calories) tossed w/vinegar or very low/zero cal dressing. Assorted veggies (bell pepper, celery, green onions, radishes) and low/zero cal dip/dressing. 2oz chicken breast, a little salsa in romaine leaves.

My favorite DD soup is egg drop, whole can of broth is 20 cals then add 1 large beaten egg for 75 cals.. and 1 Tbsp soy sauce (5 cals) = 100 fills me up and the added protein keeps me from getting too hungry

Miracle noodles stir-fried with sauce made from PB2, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic/chili sauce w/80 calories of shredded chicken and/or veggies (I like sweet bell peppers.)
2oz smoked salmon with a little cream cheese Oat fiber muffins with whipped cream. Chicken broth w/soy sauce, shrimp, and canned chop suey veggies. Be sure to check the Down Day recipe thread!!
