Amazing what a difference a mere 15 pounds makes!

Fifteen pounds doesn't sound like much, but since I started JUDDD:

My muffin top is gone.
My belly is much smaller.
The tops of my thighs don't rub together anymore (haaaaated that.)
And clothes that had been sadly packed away fit again!

Stick with this!
It is SO worth it!
(AND we get to eat grilled cheese sandwiches!)

I love this! Glad you've seen such great and positive changes already!

And yes, it's awfully nice to have a body that is able to have a normal relationship with carbohydrates once again!

Wonderful results!! I DO think 15 pounds is a big deal. And look what losing it has done for you! Glad you are thriving on JUDDD! And now I want a grilled cheese sandwich, lol!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Great job! 15 #'s is just wonderful.

I read somewhere that one should go to the grocery store and carry around in your hands the weight one has lost. You could carry like 15 pounds of flour or rice! Do this for one trip around the store without a grocery cart. You will see what that 15 # really is!!!!

I have noticed the inches melting away! 15 pounds is pretty awesome and grilled cheese is right up there with weight loss for me!

Mine are a little bit higher than most because I'm breastfeeding a baby. DDs are about 650, UDs ~1900. I could easily eat less on my DDs but the 650 point is where I notice my little girl start acting like she's not getting enough to eat. And so far when I dip down below 1900 on UDs I don't lose. How strange is that??
