Cholesterol and the bathroom...

Hey All! Years ago i did stillmans with amazing results....but then i got pregnant, and gained literally a hundred pounds. AHHH. So now the baby is almost 2 and it's time for me to take off the last...oh....70? Yeah. Anyhow, i want to go back to Stillman's, but two things....

1) My doctor said my cholesterol was high (i didn't ask for numbers, but it was the first time ever that it's been this way). I blame sugar and being fat. lol. So i'm thinking that eggs and lean meat would be okay for a while just b/c losing weight would make the biggest difference, right? Do any of you have experience with cholesterol while on this, like did it go up or down?

2) Bathroom issues....my stomach gurgles and then gets very ANGRY while doing this. Any suggestions?

Thank you all!!!
