DD for me. I thought maybe I'd feel hungry early today after a much lower calorie UD than normal yesterday, but no appetite at all yet.

Have a lot of iced tea brewed. Iced tea in a glass of ice, with a fat straw. Glasses of this seem to keep me completely satisfied for hours!

DD

This might be a tough one because I wasn't able to eat anywhere near my limit yesterday after a really stressful day. But the plan is:

Coffee w/hwc, tea
Broth
Gluc pudding
Oat fiber muffin
LC cheese/cabbage/chicken stir fry
Maybe a crab stick or two if I'm starving

DD for me

I am going to try to do liquid only for breakfast and lunch and save my calories for dinner. Not sure what dinner is yet though.

I usually like to evenly spread my DD calories out, but gonna try to really get my body in a true fasting state and see what that does.

Guess what I had for breakfast? A peanutbutter and banana sandwich on light wheat bread lol. I even drug out my old sandwich maker thingy and used it! (I only used 1/2 of a green-ish banana and 2T peanutbutter, but it was all melty and good!)

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon lime juice (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (unsweetened)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Hard boil 6 eggs, remove yoke and store away,
chill and chop egg whites.

Place chopped red onioin in small microwaveable bowl
with 1 tablespoon water.* Cover and microwave for 90 seconds.

I'm toying with the idea of making today a real DD, since I haven't had one of those in over a week.

I ate adequately yesterday evening to get in most UD calories, and I'm not hungry yet at noon today so far. I'm making a nice dinner of meatloaf, green beans, mashed potatoes, so I could have a good serving of those things and make it a one-meal DD... filling in when I need with hot drinks or cold drinks, etc.

I'll think about it. I could probably use the health boost of a good real DD.

For over a week I've been doing my MUDDD rotation of DD/FD.... FD....DD/FD.. etc. I like to get in at least one real JUDDD DD per week. Today would be the easiest day for it, I think. Excuse my blabbering here to myself, lol.

After an especially hungry DD yesterday, I'm eating so much this morning to fill up my growling stomach. I KNOW now that waiting for dinner on DD for my first meal isn't for me. I was fine my other DDs when I spread out the calories. Live & learn! Tomorrow, I'll go back to eggbeaters for most of the day. I don't mind them either.

B: Cereal/1% milk, skinny bagel, laughing cow wedge

L: 2 cups tomato/bell pepper/mushroom soup (homemade)

D: I have 2 potatoes that I need to use so maybe stuff them for DH and I.

S: 1 cup 0% fat Greek plain yogurt W/SF Blackberry Jam mixed in (this mixture only has 110 calories!)
