Survived so far! lol!
Hi guys, just thought I would post about my first day. It was easier than I thought although I did get really hungry right before dinner but made some hot tea.. I am going to keep my first few DDs at 700 until I get in the habit of being on JUDDD any lower than that right now would probably make me nuts.. for those of you who do get under that 500
![]() Heres todays foods, Tea for breakfast 14.36 calories Lunch at 1pm was egg drop soup( 1 egg) and a salad 151.5 total for both Snack 1 laughing cow cheese wedge (sun dried tomato basil mozz cheese) and 9 whole grain crispbread crackers for a total of 70 calories Tea again because I was hungry lol 14.36 calories Dinner was chicken breast, quinoa and cauliflower for 362 calories total 612.22 so I have a few extra if I need a snack later or hot tea

It is gone and it ain't coming back! JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does. |

Excellent! I started out doing higher calories and then was able to really start lowering them. Those DDs get easier and easier. I look forward to them now.

Great first day! I don't remember what I ate or how many calories, because
I wasn't recording it when I started. I didn't start keeping records until about Day 5 or 6.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |
