Hey Yall!

I managed to lose about 15 pounds with LC eating and grapefruit juice last month but I feel like I am stalling a little bit. I swore I was going to do the "mayo clinic thing" for a month and I did that. Now I am going to go Stillmans for a month and see what happens there. I will have a day off every Sunday as I think that without a little motivation (even if it's just one meal) I will fall completely off the wagon).

Here's to ONEDERLAND in Feburary!

Have you only done LC for 1 month and lost 15 lbs. If so that is great progress. What makes you believe that you are stalling?

Oh I know it's awesome!! I gained two pounds and I have been the same for about a week. I get bored pretty easily, I think that switching things up a bit will keep me motivated.

I lost 117 pounds about two years ago (gosh it doesn't seem like that long!) and I have gained about 60 of that back. Makes me SICK to think of it coming back. Soooo here I go! Never ending battle!
