Broccoli Slaw ideas?

I bought a bag of broccoli slaw and am trying to figure out how to prepare it. Any ideas? In a stirfry maybe or a soup.

My favorite:

1 Package Broccoli Slaw
3/4 tablespoon vinegar
1-2 packets Splenda
1 handfull bacon bits
2 hands full sunflower seeds
3 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
1 handfull raisins (optional depending on your carb requirements)

Mix slaw, bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins. Mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar and Splenda and pour over slaw.

And another fav:

1/4 cup sliced raw almonds
1 package broccoli slaw
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp rice vinegar (a little less of regular vinegar)
2 packets Splenda
3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Toast the almonds over medium heat, shaking the pan frequently, until just starting to brown. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Add the broccoli slaw and cranberries to a large mixing bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients and whisk together until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Add the cooled almonds, and stir well to combine.

I have never tried this but I wonder if it would work. Could the broc slaw be doused with some olive oil and then oven roasted on a cookie sheet until they resemble french fries?

I always throw a bag of Broccoli Slaw in whatever Low Carb soup I'm making. Adds wonderful body and flavor and helps fill me up.

I use it for a quick stir fry all the time with leftover meat and add in some soy sauce. Easy peasy and tasty good.

I make a sort of cheeseburger mac with it. I make a SMALL amount of Dreamfields LC pasta (like 1/4 of a box) while browning a pound of hamburger, add the broccoli slaw then grate in some cheddar cheese and add a scoop of sour cream. Add in the drained pasta before serving. It's very quick and easy... sort of casserole-ish and quite yummy!
