English Muffin Recipe
Could someone help me with the carb count of the following recipe:
This is a tweaked version of a biscuit type recipe that I found on here, I use this a lot for a sandwich,burger bun, grilled cheese, etc... I find them very delicious, sorry no pics.
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.
1 tbsp heavy cream
Beat well, then add to dry ingredients...mixing well.
Grease a small bowl ( I use Pyrex type) 3.5 " in diameter works well. Using a spatula scrape mixture into bowl and microwave for 1:45. Turn out onto cooling rack and when slightly cooled, slice in half. I don`t use any carb count applications so I`d really appreciate it if someone could help, thanks.

This website is nice; you just put in all the ingredients:
Calorie Count :: New Recipe
I copied & pasted your recipe and it came to 1.4 g carb.
However, it didn't give fiber info, so it might be less net carb.
