What do you make with Beef Stew Meat?

I have some Beef Stew Meat that I need to use. What do you make with it. I usually make soup or stew, but wanted to get some different ideas. TIA

This is a very old recipe, but I still make it! I just use a little coconut flour instead of oat flour now

You can cook it until tender and make a chili with the meat.

You can grind the meat after it is cooked, add Mayo, onion and pickles for a wrap filling.

You can chop the stew meat up a little finer and make beef stroganoff and serve it over dreamfield's or zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.

You can make chunky chili also.

Carne Asada, but I don't know how that is made.

Stir fry.

Cook it slowly or in the crock pot with some green chilies and onions and make tacos out of it.

bbq sauce it in the crock pot

Thanks for all the ideas! I think this time I will do the crockpot bbq one. That sounds really good to me today. But, I'm keeping all the suggestions for use thru the year.

you can put it in your crockpot and add some beer to it with some onion soup mix...it flavors the meat really well....

You can also put it in a crockpot with a
can of diced tomatos
1 chopped onion
cumin
chile powder
garlic
green chilli or jalenpenos

This is how I make my burritto mix. Way good.

I've done this for years.
Saute 1/2 onion chopped and 1 green pepper chopped. Remove and put in a separate dish.Brown stew meat and set aside.
Mix (in the same pan )1 can beef consomme and 1 can tomato paste.
Add back meat and top with veggies. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
serve over pasta or pasta substitute. Easy and inexpensive . Delish
