glucomannan powder

i gots some in the mail today!

so, if i use 1/4tsp xantham gum in my OMM, and i replace this with 1/4 tsp gluc powder, do i need to adjust my liquid amount? i add an additional 1 T liquid when i used x.gum.

hmmmmmmmmm I would say you use less xanthan than glucomannan. I think you need more extra liquid for the xanthan. but it's not going to ruin it to just do what you said and try it. I think people do all sorts of things and they almost always turn out well. these recipes aren't optimized, they just work, know what I mean?
