Stevita Spoonable Stevia - help! How to use?

DH remembered I mentioned Stevia and bought me a container of Stevita Spoonable Stevia. It has no equivalent chart or guidelines for usage, so I have no idea what to do with the stuff. I've read Stevia is generally pretty strong so I don't want to accidentally overdo it.

Looks like the label says a serving size is 1/3 tsp. I'd start with the assumption that 1/3 tsp. of the Stevita is equal to 1 tsp. sugar.

If you're used to drinking coffee or tea with sweetner, I'd try the Stevita in it, and see if the 1/3 tsp. = 1 tsp sugar holds true.
