What to eat with hummus?

I bought some hummus on sale yesterday and realized I don't know what I'm going to eat with it now! It used to be pita chips, but can't do that anymore!

I hate celery, so it's not an option. I was thinking maybe dipping raw broccoli in it. Any other ideas? I'm not very creative today I guess!

i've been known to use a fork!

You can get lowcarb pitas and put them in the oven on low heat to make them dry and crisp - i.e. make your own pita chips. Best if brushed with a little olive oil and garlic salt first!

I had a friend from Lebanon that used the crisp long leaves of hearts of romaine lettuce to scoop it up.

We use red bell pepper strips and cucumbers cut into slices.

Steak!! In Arab fare restaurants they serve hummus with fried beef or steak, and it's just a great combo of flavors

Cucumbers are really yummy with it. I like to hollow out one and fill it with the hummus.

I third the cucumbers. To die for! slice thin, but not so thin they flop around, sprinkle with just a touch of salt and pepper and dip away!
In addition to the already suggested low carb pitas, you could also use tortillas, brush with a tiny bit of olive oil, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, and bake for a few minutes until crispy. Break apart and you've got lc chips!

Besides the ones that everyone suggested I love purple cabbage leaves as a dipper. Endive leaves are also good.

How about almond thins, if you really want a cracker-like thing?

I like veggie strips or chicken breast or sharp cheddar cheese to put hummus on....
(I think parmesan crisps or almond thins would be great too)

It's good with a Greek salad. Make the salad with arugula, feta cheese, tomatoes, greek olives, red onions, and some leftover chicken, if desired. Salt and pepper, dress with olive oil and lemon juice and then add a scoop of hummus on top. Very tasty.

Are the almond thins a recipe? I googled it and found Blue Diamond has some but they are 23 carbs/serving!

Thanks for the suggestions!
