Fajita Seasoning

I used to use McCormikc before LC. It has corn syrup and starches so can't use that anymore. So what do I use now for the basic Fajita seasoning?

Does it say what spices are in the fajita seasoning?..........If so, I would just combine all the spices listed and eliminate the bad stuff.

I use Linda Sue's taco seasoning. I make a big batch and keep it around for taco salads, fajitas, etc.

I watched an episode of Showdown with Bobby Flay on Food Network and the fajita recipe that won has an asian flair to it. I really like it but check out the ingredients and see if you're interested:

Ginger Powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Brown Sugar (I used powdered stevia)
Soy Sauce
White Wine
Red Wine Vinegar

They didn't measure anything out but basically the dry parts were 2-3 tablespoons (except black pepper was more like 1/2 tablespoon). The wet ingredients were about 1/2 cup each.
