Goldfish crackers?

I remember seeing somewhere that George Stella has a cracker that taste just like the Goldfish crackers they sell.

Does anyone know of this recipe and if so, would you be so kind as to either direct me to the place to find it or post the recipe?

Thanks so very much!!!

There's really no recipe. He just made cheese crisps using Deluxe American cheese in the oven instead of the microwave. I tried it his way and it was a huge failure. The microwave works much better. You can read about my attempt to try George's method here: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes

This is what mine looked like and those were the ones that didn't come out black:

Got a ? Kevin, please. If you prick these with a fork, before baking, would they still puff up, do you think?

sorry for the vague answer but since I never tried it , I don't know.

My guess is that they would not puff as much.
