Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese

Do you just mix these together with equal parts? Do you add sweetner and freeze? I am looking for a low carb snack at night and wondering about this one. Thanks!

DEFINITELY freeze.....

I mix equal parts, add enough Splenda to my taste, then scoop into little balls (Melon Baller!), then roll the balls into finely chopped, unsalted, roasted peanuts.....Freeze on wax paper until firm, then store in the freezer in a Ziplok bag.

2 of these little jewels are a perfect treat. Carbs aren't too bad, though I can't remember the actual count.

My routine is 30-45 minutes, in bed with a good book, before lights-out....I MUST have a little something sweet, and these always fit the bill.....

I just put a spoonful each on a plate and take bits of them as a treat. and with celery sometimes yes, forgot that part lol

I also sometimes put some crushed berries with splenda/stevia with peanut butter next to it. like a p&j sammich

Those are my after work snacks right now

These are my kisses of death. I always just scooped some of each on a spoon and ate. I did this this weekend when I was out of town as a "treat" for doing so well on my LC plan.

I am going to make some now. I just mix it up, add some stevia, or splenda. I also add crushed flax seeds. Love it!

I love the way you describe fixing it! I think I'll do it like this tonight.
