Help! Xylitol Plus conversion?

I just arrived home on a tight schedule to find my husband hadn't told me he'd used the last of a shaker can of stevia. I'm to take a cheesecake tonight and need to make it right away.

I do have Xylitol Plus, but I can't find a conversion to sugar (from which I can make the conversion back to the stevia the recipe calls for).

Anyone know the Xylitol Plus conversion to either sugar or stevia?

Is it just xylitol (or does it also have stevia in it)? If it's just xylitol, you can sub cup for cup of sugar. Just make sure to let folks know it has it in it because it can affect some folks digestion (not in a good way). I've never had any problems with it, and friends/family I've served it too haven't either - but there are folks who don't tolerate it well. You may want to grind it up a bit in a coffee grinder if the granules are really large (they may not dissolve properly if they are too big).
