Ice Cream Cone Maker
I am thinking of buying an Ice Cream Cone Maker. Does anyone have a LC recipie for the cones? Thank you very much in advance!

I have never tried either of these recipes, so I don't know for sure that they could be made to work as ice-cream cones. (I saved them because I thought they sounded intriguing. )
Kevinpa's Butter Rum Belgian Waffle Cookies
Yield 1 1/2 dozen
approx 1 carb each
1 cup carbquik
1/8 cup almond flour
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
1/8 cup DiabetiSweet brown
1/8 t. sweetzfree (1/2 cup equivilent)
1 T. not/Sugar
2 large eggs
6 T. melted butter slightly cooled
1/4 to 1/2 t. butter rum flavor oil (depending on how strong you like your flavor)
Mix all ingredient on low speed scraping sides until smooth batter forms.
Spray iron with cooking spray and heat on medium high electric burner.
Place tablespoon of batter in center of open iron. Close iron, dont squeeze.
Cook 15 seconds on each side. remove cookie and repeat until batter is gone.
Trying_to_lose's LC Pizzelles
Pizzelles - Low Carb Friends
1 cup carbalose
2 1/2 Tbsp Resistant wheat starch
1/2 cup splenda (use Sweetzfree)
1/3 cup butter melted and cooled
1 1/3 tsp baking powder
2/3 Tbsp anise extract, or 2/3 tsp of anise oil
powdered erythritol for dusting on top of finished cookies
Beat eggs and add in sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add cooled margarine and anise. Sift flour and baking powder. Blend into egg mixture until smooth. Drop by spoonful on to pizzelle press and cook for 30 seconds or till desired color. Should make close to 20 cookies.
Note: Cookies can be formed into little cups by placing them in a muffin tin while still warm.

This might work too:
BettyR's Amazing Waffles
Preheat your waffle iron.
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cubed
2 pkt. Splenda
1 tsp. or pkt. Stevia Plus
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 cup cream
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Put all ingredients into a food processor; process until smooth. Open processor and scrape down the sides with a spatula, then process another 60 seconds. The batter will be VERY thick - do NOT thin it down!
Place a heaping tablespoon (the kind you eat cereal with, not a measuring spoon) of batter into each waffle section of the iron and cook as you would regular waffles.
Makes 7 large waffles, approx. 3.6 carbs each
