Brown your pork steaks, add a couple slices of onions, and some green salsa. Taste great, easy to fix.

I usually season mine with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder and a dash of cayenne. Wash them good and pat them dry then rub the seasoning into really good. Them fry them in oil until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and the ENJOY!

I usually have my fried pork steaks with greens, mock potato salad or mock macaroni and cheese...can I just say GOOD?!!

Before LC I would shake n bake my pork steaks. You could do that with crushed pork rinds and spices.

I have made a Betty Crocker pork dish for years called pork chop supreme that is very simple and delicious.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 13 x 9 baking dish place 4 pork steaks or chops seasoned on both sides with salt and pepper.
Top each with:
1 thin slice of onion
1 thin orange or lemon slice
1 Tablespoon sweetener of your choice
1 Tablespoon LC ketchup

Cover with foil and bake for 30 min.
Remove the foil and baste each with the juices.
Bake 30 min. more uncovered basting every 15 min.

This has been a staple in my house for years and has a sweet and sour feel to it and serves nice with fresh steamed green beans.

Salt, pepper and throw on the grill like above. Believe me they do not dry out unless you way overcook them.

Hi Shelby. Just wanted to thank your for posting this. I'm making pork steaks for the first time in YEARS for dinner tomorrow and I'm going to make them your way!

Now I want to know more about your greens, mock potato salad, and mock Mac and Cheese recipes!
