Tuna Muffins?

Have been searching high and low thru various posts to find one I read today about a recipe for tuna or salmon muffins that some of you were raving about and can't find it anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. It's 3:30a.m. Guess I'd better try to fall asleep again eh?!

Thank you, monica64, for the Tuna Muffin recipe. That sounds about right, and I am going to try the one for 12. Will let you know, maybe, how they turn out. My dh has often asked for "salmon loaf" which I've never had a good recipe for, so perhaps these will be good for him too.

Hi monica64,
Sorry it took so long for me to see your post. I am very new here and don't know how to get around much yet. Haven't made the tuna muffins yet, but I'll be sure to let you know how they turn out!

Have a great day. Can't say too much now. A busy day (as always).

Sue.
