Stan and Terri...You can get better results by taking magnesium supplements every day. They keep me "moving right along" every day. I take 400 mg of "Chelated" magnesium every day. Just be careful when finding the right dose for yourself. If you take too much, you will have the opposite problem. The "Chelated" is more readily used by your body so do be sure and get that.

I’ve been on plan and just kept forgetting to post, life was getting i the way. My weight did a few ups and downs in the past few days, seems TOM was playing games.

Seems this month is a bit of a slower loss for me so far which sucks but it’s chugging along and I can now wear the size 18 jeans from OldNavy with zero muffin top and can get one of the pants on the are size 18 with minimal muffin, however, major muffin top with the exact same pants in two other colours.. weird... but alas I’ll get there in due time.

I’ve read EVERYTHING I missed.. so much going on and so many things I’d wished I had a chance to reply to. But I’m all caught up and ready now!

Girl, I DO take a 400mg magnesium suppliment daily. PLUS there is 100mgs in my multivitamin.

Some of us need a little MORE magnesium than others!

Judy, I take cal/mag combo myself, I’m going to look into chelates version.. though admittedly I like taking calcium to make up for the fact I stopped drinking milk at like age 10.

Yes, I likely will hit 140# very soon, but I've got the Heebee Jeebees about how to proceed from here.

What does a dog do anyhow, when he finally Catches The Car he chases every day for his whole life?!?!

I'm pretty focused, so I HOPE I'll be okay. The workout protocol Michael and I are doing together... will hopefully help some.

Terri...Have you tried taking 2 of the 400mg of mag a day? That "might" keep you regular.

Well, I briefly was in the 220s on Friday. We hiked nine very rugged miles on Friday, and Saturday when I get home, I weight two more pounds than when I left. I have no idea what that is about, other than my body fat percentage seems to be acting screwy.

Any way, back to the grind this week!
