Start Date: 11/3/2017
B: coffee /cream, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese
L: burger topped w/sour cream and salsa
D: blt wrapped in lettuce, generous w/the bacon

Snacks: coffee w/cream, 1 hb egg, 1 tbsp peanutbutter, 2 slices of cheddar cheese at bedtime.

L: better than noodles (shorataki w/oat fiber -I forgot I had them!) w/chicken thigh meat, cabbage and onions (stir fry)
D: smoked turkey, maybe homemade dressing, salad (DH doesn't like turkey at T'giving so I'm cooking it today. He can have leftovers from last night if he doesn't want it )
