My one month report

I should have measured Friday, but forgot, so did it yesterday.

In my 4 weeks on JUDDD, I've lost 3 pounds (and reached maintenance).

Last week alone, I lost 1 pound and lost 1/4 inch in my upper arm (I also started doing some strength exercises), and 1/4 inch from my hips.

So total inches lost is 2". (primarily from abdomen and hips, and a not welcome loss of 1/2" from my chest. LOL)

I'm getting used to the calorie counting, and getting a feel for the amount/kinds of foods I can eat to fulfill my calorie needs for both UD's and DD's, so planning is getting easier, and less time consuming.

I'm loving it! And love the support on this group.
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.
