I don't like the coconut smell or taste for anything, but chocolate either. I use Jarrow Formula expeller pressed coconut oil that says "ideal for cooking" on the label. No chemicals are involved in refining.

It has absolutely no coconut taste. I oil pull every morning, put a little in my coffee and froth it, and put a thin layer on my skin morning and night before applying my regular face cream. If any of that tasted like regular CO oil I wouldn't do it. The coffee does taste slightly different, but you do get used to it and its not bad.

I spent ages trying to find EVCO that I liked. Some tasted rancid, some were just coating my mouth in a flavour that I can't describe but it made me shudder. I moved to Germany and have finally found a brand here that I like from Rapunzel. It's clean, fresh and really delicious! I also use their brand expeller pressed CO for cooking, as I don't like everything to taste of coconuts.

I oil pull as well with CO and use my EVCO for that. No horrible taste, just a clean freshness from this...

Recently, I made some really yummy CO chocolatey almondy sweets, and they are very yummy!

Also, I don't like the oil slick of the CO on my coffee or tea. I use a special milk frother when I make my Bulletproof Coffee in the morning and make sure I add a lump of Kerrygold unsalted butter as well, as it gives a more creamy taste. This way it is emulsified and blended in, and I get the energy and goodness I need in the morning to last me till lunchtime when I eat.

I really thought I'd never find an EVCO that I would like, but I just had to try many to find the right one!

All the others that I didn't like have been used as moisturiser, LOL!
Do as I say, not do as I do... DEFINITELY not do as I do!!!
