I've been reading over all the posts and there are some nice, steady losers here! Kudos to all of you. Kudos, too, to my fellow strugglers for coming back.

That delicious burger with a giant bun is NOT going to make feel better. I won't feel better, I'll just be bummed I caved in. Annnnd, it certainly won't move the scale down. I'll be MUCH happier if I resist. French fries? HAH! After eating clean they're really not appealing, and they don't taste that good! RESIST!
SO THERE! Take that, brain!

I'm too lazy to find my last posted weight and copy here

I think it was something like.. 303.7? Anyway..
9/30 - 306. WTH????

I was soooooooo good on my date night. I fasted all day, ate a little cheese with salami rolled together around 4pm and then for dinner I had a small garden salad which was actually awesome! And a bunless burger with cheese and bacon. The burger didn't have fillers in it even.. and I drank mucho water. Dang nabit. I feel like I deserved a loss and not a gain for sacrificing the only restaurant dinner I've had in AGES and being a really good girl.

Tomorrow I don't expect a magical turn of events. So my loss for this month feels like a bust since I feel like without the fast I could have done just as well so why did I even bother torturing myself for 11 days. We'll see but I seriously don't have high hopes. Today I just kept on keeping on, but I gotta admit I felt a bit demoralized. I feel like I'm not getting anywhere and I'm far too fat to be stuck with the dilemma of reducing calories to impossible levels or eating literally only meat as the only solution to losing. That is ridiculous. So I ate a donair salad with a homemade dressing and then had a bunless burger. The salad was amaze-balls. I will definitely be eating it again.

Anyway.. yeah.. stupid September. I didn't like you and glad to see the back end of you. I'm looking forward to October! Onwards!
