Best LC bread sandwich

Surfing the net for low carb bread, and I have made a few. Oopsie rolls, 3 min. Microwave bread, although good but it tastes too much like eggs.
Finally I found The Keto King banting bread.

Made it this morning and it tastes great.
Made a sandwich with mayo, ham and cheese. As the King sais the best bread you'l ever need.
Can't wait to make french toast or grilled cheese with it.

Low carb is wonderful when you can eat your old favorites low carb.

Now if only I could find a low carb pasta thst tadts lije tge real deal

Looks good. I will be trying this one for sure. I wonder if it would work to use a silicone bread pan instead of the parchment paper?

Grilled cheese sounds so good!

I think it should work. Let me know how it turns out.
When I made it it said 60ml psyllium husk, my scale does not measure in ml.
My 1/4 cup measuring cup said 60ml but I found that it was too liquid so I added more psyllium and it came out perfect.

Had my second sandwich todsy and it tasted even more like bread than it fid fresh.

Google "The Keto King banting bread" and the first result should be a YouTube video showing the recipe. Basically almond flour, salt, baking powder, yogurt, psyllium husk powder and eggs, along with some nuts thrown in if you like.

In the comments of the YouTube video he seems to indicate for him it comes powdered. But still, hard to say and the husks vs. powder can make for very different results.

Barbo, I just wrote down the recipe. You can watch the video for more details if my instructions are not clear enough.

Banting Bread Keto King
1 cup almond flour
60 ml psyllium husk
10 ml baking powder
˝ tsp salt
Handful of almond slivers (flakes)
Handful of crushed walnuts
6 large eggs
1 cup Greek full-fat yogurt
Topping
Sprinkle of slivered almonds
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
In a bowl mix almond flour, psyllium, baking powder, salt and nuts. Mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix eggs and yogurt. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix together. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking tin with parchment paper. Add your mixture to the pan. Push it down to the bottom of the tin. Get the parchment paper as straight as possible. Cut off the excess parchment paper with a scissors. Put a sprinkle or slivered almonds, sesame seeds and roasted pumpkin seeds on top. Pat the seeds down onto the top of the bread. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Check the bread to see if it is still wet. If so, bake some more. Cool on a rack.
