* F.Y.I. I purchased Capella graham cracker drops and added it to the graham cracker part of this recipe and it was fantastic. Less is best with these drop I only used 5 drops.
* Do not put a drop on your tongue to give it a quick taste, no no no...

*A little update..
It was a little to hot to put the oven on, so I took the graham cracker recipe and put it in a fry pan for a few minutes. It came out really crispy and resembled coffee cake topping. Just be careful because it can burn easily ...and also I made 1/4 a batch today so I don't have to deal with the scale demon!!! ROFL

I ate in 4 days. This is so good.

I don't think you have to use the poly D. This time I doubled the recipe and changed it up a little. I put 2 T. of poly d in the cookie and 2 T. in the filling.
These are for my 4th of July offering for dessert.I gave some to friends @ chuech and my neighbor. Big thumbs up!!!!

I tried making these. I have a question on the first mixture. You say cook until very brown. So I did that but the mixture seemed very soft yet. I was thinking this will not break up this soft so I continued baking it which I did for about 15 minutes more, but then all of a sudden it was burned. Does it need to be crispy?

Which one young lady????

Almond butter cookie

1 c. almond butter ( I make my own using almond flour )
8 drops liquid sucralose
3 packets truvia
2 T poly d
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix this all together and spread the whole thing on a cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 for about 15 to 17 mins. until brown around the edges.
let cool then crumble up into a big heap.Put in a bowl , set aside.

Almond butter filling

4 T. melted butter
1 c. almond butter
2 T. poly d
1 packet truvia
4 drops liquid sucralose

Mix this together in a bowl really combined. Pour over your cookie crumbs and mix throughly . Now you can put this in a 8x8 pan & chill.

I use cocoa bars and melt , add sweetners pour over your cookies.

I love these cookies. So So good. I changed it a little for the other one but it's the same technique. There are a lot of possiblities w/ this.

Do you want the other one too MM ?

I'm making coconut butter today. A coconut cookie sounds really good.

I also made a double recipe of the oringinal recipe. I like these too much.

You know I understand that feeling.
You make the cookie part first , bake , and let cool.
Meanwhile fix the peanut butter part , that you will mix the cookie part with.
Then you can spread this into a pan ( I can't remember what size I used ).
Do the chocolate part , pour onto pan , I cut into pieces.

Use her recipe on post #22 because that has everything in it . That's the one I wrote down. I'm going to make this in a few days just to remember how to do it.
