Back to the FF today, they finished reseeding the field and the Gardener was actually happy to see me, he waved at me Something about an Old Lady with 2 cans of green beans running around out there has softened his heart. He no longer gives me the Crazy Lady Alert Stare.

2 mile walk this morning plus a pretty good deadlift workout.

I feel pretty good about the deadlifts because on Monday I tweaked a muscle in my back and it was bothering me yesterday. But today it seemed to be OK.

I haven't done any longer walks for a while but I've got a pretty good streak going. Today was 169 consecutive days without missing my walk. I feel pretty good about that.

I had a very irritating issue this afternoon, with some very passive aggressive people, so instead of eating or drinking... I went in the garage and punched and kicked that heavy bag for an hour. Good grief that sure made me feel better, no carbs no calories and I felt like I had just won the Publishers Clearing House Grand Prize. The trick is to picture their face and their comments high up on the bag. I haven't kicked that high since I was 9 years old!!!!

The days are getting longer so we are getting up early for our walks. Today we started walking at 5:33 am and there was plenty of light.

So I got in the two miles, ate breakfast and did a Bench Press workout and got all done before 9 am.

As the classic song goes...schools out for summer! I teach developmental preschool at an elementary school. Go back August 2nd. That means it's time to pump up the volume!

Trader not all at once I spread it through out the day. I do the elliptical 1 hour at a time. Also I don't sleep that much due to chronic pain so I'm up extremely early!

That's amazing to me. Especially since you are able to discipline yourself to do that with chronic pain. Do you think the exercise helps any with that?

Trade research shows exercise helps with chronic pain. I am proud to say I have been off a very high dosage of opioids I took 4 times a day for 2 1/2 years now. I took up exercise while weaning myself off opioids under my doctors care. Neither opioids or exercise has gotten rid of the pain completely but the exercise has actually helped more. When I am not working I like to exercise more and also spread it through out the day. I don't believe people have to exercise as much as I do to be healthy. I do however believe that people should exercise daily for overall health. The amount I do is to strictly to manage pain. Exercise has truly saved/changed my life!

8 Miles of Walking in the neighborhood and 20 Squats then an hour with the Heavy Bag. My husband came out in the garage while I was working with the Bag and said it sounded like I was giving Birth... I said I am , to a new me!!! He has largely ignored my WOE and my exercise routine but this morning he actually gave me some tips with the bag and showed me how to wrap my feet so I don't get so bruised up. That might be his way of saying he approves, anyway it made me smile.
