Today I grabbed Two 16oz. Cans of Green Beans to Carry. Worked out great. I'm Cheap, don't want to spend money on hand weights.

My exercise time is usually kept to 1 hour, sometimes more if I fall behind on getting things in and I would rather go a general workout with more parts then delay things. I warmup without weights, then do some light warmup sets with weights then get into the working sets. I don't use a bunch of weight. I'm more into doing the most I can with less weight. I feel the rep and use the negative. I squeeze at the top of reps and don't lockout as that is a bit of rest I don't want.

Today (4/8/2017) - A day where I did more things than I normally would, but hey, it's Saturday
Bodyparts - Chest, Front and middle shoulders, triceps
Warmup
Target static stretches
Certain active warmups
Dumbell Presses (Flat)
Dumbell Presses (Incline)
Superset higher rep cable crossover with specialized military press
Superset different angle higher rep cable crossover with Arnold Press
Slightly bent over lateral raises
High rep dumbell shrugs
Dips (upright), on sets 3 and 4 do forced reps to get the negative
Straight bar pressdowns, heavier weight and on sets 3 and 4 do forced reps to get the negative
Rope pulldowns until I can't stand the pain, using a weight that I can do 12-15 reps
