Update...As I thought the plan is two MRI's to do entire back and neck. 6 outpatient procedures to burn both sides of neck and back. Has to of course be approved by insurance. Will let you know dates when I know. Might be able to get MRI's this week.

Good Grief Puppy, that's a lot to go through but knowing you I guess you just want it to be over. I hope all goes well with Insurance. Thank you for keeping me up to date on it.

Yes 4th of July is a Big Cookout Day for me, about 20 this year, Today and Tomorrow it will be no rest for the wicked but I do enjoy having the boy's over and I love to cook. I've made sure we have lots of low carb choices to go with all the Fulla Carb Stuff my husband and boy's love.

How many boys do you have and how old are they? My son will be 29 Satuday and my daughter will be 26 end of September. Enjoy your BBQ!

Puppy I hope your doc and insurance comes through for you. Your workouts are inspiring.

PT adding 1 full set of reps to reach one, plus some extra abs/Pilates. Was out today, my phone says 3000+ steps. I don't carry it around the house though.

Happy fourth everyone!

Nothing exciting here Puppy.
2 of our fur babies hate thunder and likewise fireworks.
DS hauled in masses of topsoil for a low spot in our small wooded area... in the 86 degree heat. We just got one of these Kroger marketplaces and I bought a Simple Truth organic roasted chicken. I'll cut it so it will lay flat on the grill. Their nutrition book says its low sodium and the cook said they just roast them on the rotisary so it should be okay for him to eat.
Nearly 11am and I have not even started my PT. I'll get on it soon! Yesterday was exhausting, PT plus pouting to look at a wedding venue for DS and then groceries.
The first trip I made there with full shopping list, the cashier asked if I was okay unloaded my cart and told the bagger to take my vary pout and loaf it for me. I must have looked half dead. So I've come a long way stamina wise!
Just going one day at a time and no bad self talk!

Enemy, we have kids about the same ages. DS is 32, DD is 27, DD is almost 22.
Youngest is returning from a missions trip to India tomorrow morning.

Puppy what are your plans?
Happy 4th ev1!

I just noticed I said Enemy and meant Puppy about kids.
WTG with staying on plan with the 4th. I lost it last evening. I've not been sleeping well and its effecting my mood. I'm sticking with the exercise, but still feel blue.

Happy...I ordered the T25 program in anticipation of being back to my same level after the nerve burning procedures are finished. I will let you know what I think of it once I do it.

Hello everyone, I do have good news. I have reached my 100 pound loss marker. I am so happy and astonished at how this WOE and This website has made this happen. I truly believe that the One of the Best things I did this time was to start exercising everyday. I listened to Puppy and I started small and I worked up to what I do now. I believe that implementing the exercise has kept me losing weight consistently every month. I believe it will also help me in maintaining the loss. Exercise has helped me Mentally as well. I get out I enjoy the weather and I have proven to myself and my family that I am stronger person. I feel like I can do anything I set my mind to. Thank you all for your support, and Puppy I hope you know how much you have helped me in so many ways. Please try to make Exercise part of your WOE, it truly does make a difference.

Zip lining is an awesome way to celebrate. Exercise has saved/changed my life as well. We know the countless benefits if you consistently engage in it. I'm glad you took the leap. I started at 5 minutes a day it can be done! I am so happy for all your success but the thing I am most happy about has nothing to do with weight loss or improving your health. What makes me happiest is seeing the transformation you made within you. You now believe in yourself and that is the best thing you could do for yourself now everything else will follow.

Thank You Puppy, I look forward to everyday now instead of waking up depressed and discouraged.

Drove over to the Beach early this Morning and did my 8 Miles of Walking there. 12 Sit Ups and 20 Squats then home for an hour with the Heavy Bag.
