Here's this week's workouts (I need to get back to posting more often but, I just get so busy and forget.. oh well, such is life).

Monday (9/26) - Body Fit Class
Tuesday - Body Fit Class
Wednesday - Zumba (different teacher and boy was she good)
Thursday - 40 min on treadmill (and 15 min on stairmaster... urgh !)
Friday - no workout

I did another Zumba class last week and one on Monday, but I pulled my calf muscle, so am resting it for the remainder of this week.

It is okay when i am walking if I wear a small heel. So trying to get out and about plenty.

I've been able to pedal the recumbent bike in the basement again...finally! Slow and on an easy level but that's ok...I'm happy to be pedaling! Also went out today for a walk at the local campground...total of just a little over a mile...no pain till close to the end. I need to find out why I'm still having muscle pain/cramps. I'm hoping that it's just because I've lost all my fitness with all the health stuff I've had. I'm working on building my fitness level back up.

Great news Linda, you will always be 'the biker tart' to me. Life happens. but despite your health problems I know there have been many great moments for you in the past few years.

I am planning to brave a Body Combat class tomorrow, hope the calf muscle holds up.

I did 2 Zumba classes last week, but have be away for three nights, so missed Combat this morning.

Did have a good walk around Oxford yesterday admitting the college and lovely old building.

Kissa... not quite confident to lead yet but, every now and then the Instructor will move those who "are hiding" in the back to the front to build up confidence (and it works).

I absolutely love Zumba.

Workouts

Monday - no workout
Tuesday - Zumba class
Wednesday - Step Aerobics
Thursday - at home workout (Pilates tape)

I didn't manage a single work out this week, commitments on Monday and today, back ache on Wednesday.

Zumba really is great fun, I totally agree.

MIA again....not much exercise lately but busy getting ready for a vacation in less than 2 weeks. My schedule is so screwed up from my DH's crazy work and sleep schedule as well as our oldest moving back home till he builds a new house. Between the 2 of them I can't seem to get my exercise when it's convenient for me. Still working on a plan to get it more consistent.

I know... I'm trying to make up for lost time where I've missed days working out and when I'm going to miss (like this weekend... traveling).

Kissa... it looks like it's just you and I for the meanwhile holding up the board.


I have been slacking lately and this isn't the time (holidays and all the goodies that are tempting) however, I'm going to get back on track this week.

Last couple week I barely got in 4 days with all the traveling for Thanksgiving and work etc... but, it's a new week so, here I come.

I hope everyone is doing ok and looking forward to ending 2016 with great success !

Yes, I do worry about Del. But she has gone quiet before only to come back fighting. I see Linda on FaceBook now and again, so I know she is okay.

But I like checking in here, so we should keep on keeping on, right?

Last Thursday I did a Zumba class and I had another good one today. I have got to mt goal weight this past couple of months, so everything is working better, lol.

My daughter who lives overseas arrives home for a month on Thursday, so I doubt I will get in many workouts. But I will be back.
