Tuesday - Zumba

Wednesday - Step Aerobics (Teacher was brutal and I mean brutal... but, it was a good workout)

Thursday - No workout

Ladies.... I'm out all next week... vacationing on a nice relaxing cruise.. I'll update when I get back.

Getting my exercise even with houseguests this week....lots of pool time....so glad that the weather is cooperating this year for using the pool! Also took nieces to the local park for a good walk!

I've had a busy few weeks...lots of houseguests....lots of pool time so very active. Today DH and I played Wii games for an hour. A nice change for activity/exercise. Planning on doing some basement biking in a little while.

First day back in the gym since vacation was yesterday since I had a little "summer cold" after I returned.

Wednesday - 30 min Treadmill and I also got a mile in around the lake
Thursday- 2 mile walk outside around lake

We did a bike ride a few days ago and I hurt my knee a little. I think I didn't have my foot on the pedal straight so something just got out of place for a few seconds. So it's been sore but is much better now. I decided to wait till next spring to ride outdoors again. I want to work on building leg strength better.

Not much pool time....the summer is winding down....sad that we'll only have the pool open a few more weeks but maybe won't be able to use it much.

Working on an indoor workout routine now....

I went out to do my exercise in the pool today and a storm came through just as I as about to get in. So instead I played Wii games for an hour...Just Dance, sword fighting, table tennis and some balance games. Lots of fun!

Sunday - no workout

Monday and Tuesday - 40 min treadmill with alternating inclines and speed and upper body weight workout

Had a few nice outdoor walks over the last few days. Pool time is winding down for the season although I heard it's supposed to be hot next week so maybe I'll get a few more chances to go in. Time to start doing indoor stuff more often.

Went to the local park for a walk...got just over a mile. It was challenging but I was happy to do it.

Welcome Jan, I never get on a treadmill, lol, and I've been posting here for years and years.

Back from a lovely 2 week break driving around the UK in the late summer sunshine. Did a lot of walking so not much weight gain, just a couple of pounds.

Okay then, I will post my steps/activity. I have had several treadmills that eventually ended up sitting unused or collecting clutter.

I could track my steps too! I use a Jawbone UP band, hadn't thought of that, Mine vary wildly, I have home days and busy days.
