Today may be one of those days for me, iakaren. Busy morning at work, doctors appointment this afternoon, and church dinner this evening. I wanted to get in my walking this morning but was not mentally up to it.

7116 steps 7hr 26min sleep. I got most of my steps putting my yard furniture, cushions, ferns and other stuff back out from where I had it hidden from Irma!

3 hours!! I have to call 911!!! Good for you!!!

I walked a lot trying to get my yard and house ready for company.

6377 Friday 8hr 46min sleep
9404 Saturday 6hr 50min sleep
9416 Sunday 8hr 35min sleep

And I still have a few more projects to tackle today and tomorrow after work!

Oops! I meant three miles. It felt like three hours, though!

Yesterday was Callanetics and strength so the steps were about 5,000...I keep forgetting to report in at night.

Three mile WATP and a couple of flights of stairs and routine walking equated to about 12,000 steps today! Tomorrow is Callanetics and strength.

3 miles is still a lot!!! lol

9076 steps and 6hr 52 min sleep. I don't know why but I feel better today on 7 hrs sleep than I've been feeling on 8+. I feel like I'm getting in the
"days are getting shorter hibernating mode" though!

I didn't do any exercise yesterday except for the typical walking through the day - 5000+/- steps. Feeling blah this morning so haven't done my WATP yet but hopefully I'll get it done tonight.

Everyone is doing better than I am. Keep going.

Have not been eating on any plan and have been doing no excercise..Just working,

Making Serious commitment to eating CAD plan and getting some excercise. Before my pants don't fit, and my back gets worse!!

I'm back!!! My sisters were here and I was oh so busy!! And ate some stuff I shouldn't have BUT I enjoyed it and I will work my way back down through it!

Yesterday I had 8013 steps and slept 7 hrs and 8 min. Not very good sleep either. I got too involved on facebook and twitter in politics and that never works out well for me.

This morning I moved both apps to the back screen of my phone and I'm going to wean myself back off of current events. Life is so much happier that way!!

Down 2.5 lbs since I posted the original. And there hasn't been much excercise....

Good job on the loss, iakaren! Maybe your body just needed the rest? I just don't listen/watch the news; I get too worked up! Prayers are the answer to me.

Leisha, I have three sisters - one here in NC, one in CT and the other in OR. I also have a brother in ID so Facebook and email are our mainstay. I'm working at only getting on Facebook in the morning after I read the Bible and before my coffee. When I squeeze it in like that, it's all of about 10 minutes of scrolling so it's a sneaky way of limiting my time.

8012 steps today, one hour of Callanetics, and 10 minutes of upper body strength training.

4:45 will be here before I know it, so I'm signing off to get some sleep!

Yesterday was a bit over 8,200 steps and I did the 3 mile WATP. Today is my rest day.

Did horse chores this morning-20 minutes. I am going to start counting that as excercise, to encourage myself to get moving more, while getting credit for what I do outside. Young horses will take more time and effort.....

I'm still here! I've just been so busy. It's this time of the year. It won't let up until January now!

I've been getting 5 to 6 thousand steps and still sleeping well!

I keep forgetting to check in nightly before bed. Over 10k steps yesterday and did 3 mile WATP this morning. Going to a conference tomorrow and rooming with someone so hopefully there will be an exercise room.
