Good Morning Everyone!!!!

L= Serving of Tuna Frittata and a 1/4 Cup of Sauerkraut. Ginormous Cup of Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 6 Large Scallops with a Large Iceberg Lettuce Wedge with 2 Tbsp. HM Lime Vinaigrette and a 1/2 Cup of Sautéed Kale with Garlic. Cup of Green Tea in the Evening.

L - leftover chicken wings, celery, blue cheese dressing

S - carbonated water and almond butter mixed with cream cheese and a little sweetener
