I have a package of the rice and I have been thinking of adding it to a bag of cauliflower rice next time making cauliflower fried rice, or maybe a cauliflower risotto dish?. Do you think that would make the texture of the dish odd?

I have tried the spaghetti Zeroodles with Oat Fiber with a meat sauce and agree that they do not smell and have a texture like regular pasta/noodles. I vaguely recall trying some brand of shirataki noodles back in the day and I wasn't thrilled.

The Zeroodle Premium Shirataki with Oat Fiber are great

The company makes different kinds, with and without oat fiber, and I see that Netrition sells both.

I've used the "rice" in stuffed peppers and it worked great. Also made a chicken/mushroom/rice casserole and it came out good.

Okay, I've decided these are THE best noodles ever, and an order of 10 packages just arrived. We had the linguine size last night in an Asian dish and I was getting ready to rinse it, but I gave it a "sniff", and could detect NO odor at all. So then DH & I both tasted it right out of the package and agreed it tasted pretty much like regular pasta, and had a good texture. My only prep was to snip it into shorter lengths, cool!

Maybe my rinsing it and then "dry frying" it in the past was creating the rubber texture! Carolyn, I'm glad you informed us about Zeroodles!

I have 2 bags of rice I got a couple of weeks ago. They run out of them a lot and I had to wait until they were in stock again.
Really looking forward to trying rice pudding and I also have a chicken and rice casserole with a mushroom sauce I'd like to try it in.
Sounds too good to be true, but exciting!

I made some rice pudding with it. It was very good, but came out about half way between rice pudding and tapioca pudding.

I reported on this about 6 weeks ago.
The new Miracle pasta has no fishy smell and no rinsing
required. The texture is much better now. No pan frying needed.
I really think that this product will be getting better all of the

Barbo, so you don't rinse at all? I've still been rinsing mine and then heating on stove to evaporate off all the water. I think they can absorb flavors better if not wet.

Do you just open the package and drain in a colander?

The oat fiber Zeroodles are good! I hated the shirataki but these are really good.
