s. a few chocolate covered almonds

S. lo pizza (freezer saved), diet soda

B: 2 HB eggs, 1 sl LC bread, coffee
L/D: pizza, cinnapie, coffee - that's what happens when my plans get cancelled at the last minute!

Oh yeah, Michele, the old "presto change" thing

Saturday's foods

B: 2 fried eggs, and black coffee

L: had some toast when Silas wanted some, and black coffee

Snack: some leftover Naan and black coffee

D: grilled steak, baked potato, and Caesar salad, lots of salad, even dh had a lot this time, because the kids were here. black coffee

Evening snack: Italian ice, 2 cuplets, and light baby bel cheese rounds, 2 of them. cut up strawberries later on, black coffee through out the day.
