Here's my basic recipe: Just switch out the meat and cheese to suit yourself and for variety.
Ham, Bacon, or Chicken-Broccoli-Swiss or Cheddar Quiche Preheat oven to 360*
Put the following in a BUTTERED 9X13 cake pan.
Layer of cubed ham steak (1 lb. chopped cooked bacon) (or cubed rotisserie chicken)
Layer of 12 to 16 oz. cooked (and cooled) frozen broccoli cut into small pieces.
Layer 8 oz. shredded Swiss (or Cheddar) cheese
Put 12 eggs in a mixing bowl with 1/4 cup water. Mix well with whisk or electric mixer.
Add 1 & 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream and mix.
Slowly pour egg/cream mixture over the ham (or chicken).
Sprinkle 4 to 6 oz. shredded cheese over the top.
Bake at 360* for 45 to 50 minutes until browned. Test with butter knife.
This makes 12 servings with a side salad or veggie OR 8 servings if eating alone.

Judy, your quiche sounds yummy, too. Broccoli cheese anything appeals to me!
